Shipping policy

For orders in the United States, delivery times require 2 - 6 business days. This excludes our processing time of 1 - 2 days during weekdays.

For orders outside of the United States, deliveries will require approximately 4 - 10 business days, but we make no guarantees on shipping times as import and customs requirements differ across countries. Orders will be shipped from our Logistics Partners in the US, EU, or HK, depending on availability of inventory and/or delivery destination.

 

RATES 

Standard shipping rate is USD $5.00 However, we provide free delivery for all orders above USD $50. There are no additional charges unless with updated customs requirements that may occur on a case-by-case basis.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed successfully, Apex Loops will provide an updated Tracking Number through our connected logistics partners. You will receive a notification via email, every step of the way.
